ABOUT THE AUTHORS - “Who Cares Wins”

Connie Lee Hamelin and Gilbert Wong are dedicated Hong Kong police veterans who want to share their passion for helping humanity. Hamelin, with a master’s degree in social science, wanted to write a book that mattered. Dr. Wong, a former head of the Hong Kong Police Negotiation Cadre, had countless meaningful stories to tell about how human lives could be saved through inspiration. Together they believe they have written a book worth sharing.
